August 2026. Construction and real estate company Echeverría Izquierdo reported a positive first half of the year. Net income attributable to owners of the parent company totaled CLP 8.69 billion as of June 2026, representing a 19.4% year-on-year increase.

The company’s Industrial Construction and Assembly division delivered particularly strong results, posting net income of CLP 6.35 billion as of June, up 36.7% year-on-year. Meanwhile, the Housing Solutions for Middle-Income Segments division reported a profit of CLP 2.80 million, compared with a loss of CLP 1.84 billion during the first six months of 2025.

At the same time, the company’s reported backlog reached CLP 821 billion, the highest level in its history.
